When is it?

TCC Art & Music Festival will be held Saturday June 9th to Sunday June 10th. The gate opens at 8:30am on Saturday!

Where is it?

TCC Art & Music Festival will be held in Schwenksville, PA 19473. This is an outdoor event! Dress accordingly, and bring lots of water! The field that TCC Fest will be located at is across the street from 91 Pennypacker Rd, Schwenksville PA 19473. We will have plenty of signs to guide you to your destination :)

How should I prepare for camping?

A section of the field will be dedicated to camping, you can set up camp anywhere within the area. Please don't venture off into the other fields or the woods, that is Park Property and you may be woken up by an angry park ranger! Yikes! A community fire will be held over in the festival area, but if you would like to have you own CONTAINED campfire bring your own firewood.

What should I bring?

Just bring yourself, your ID, your beautiful smile, and money for drinks, food, band/festival merchandise, and goods from our merchants.

–YES art supplies & instruments. Share your talents!

–YES yoga mat, we will be having a morning yoga workshop

–YES beverages, food + snacks for your campsite, (again, no glass; no cooking allowed)

–YES comfortable shoes (closed toe shoes are encouraged)

-YES fire container

–YES Epi-Pen in case you’re allergic to bees

–YES hats + bandanas

–YES bug spray

–YES sunscreen

–YES blankets and fabric chairs

–YES good vibes

–YES cameras

–YES coolers in campgrounds

Is it all ages?

Yes! Festival Passes and Overnight Camping Passes are available for attendees under 18, as long as they are accompanied by an adult 18 or older. Kids under 12 are free!

What's the difference between the Day Pass and the Camping Bundle?

The Day Pass gives you access to all of the daytime performers, exhibits, vendors, and daytime workshops. The Camping Bundle give you access to all that plus more. With a camping pass you will be able to have access to all TCC Fest has to offer. The Campgrounds, Night Festivities which include the Sound Healing Workshop, Drum Circle, and more.

What's not allowed?

–NO glass containers

–NO fires outside of designated firepits - All fires MUST be contained in a firepit. We do not provide the fire pits OR firewood!

–NO liquid fuel

–NO BBQ’s from home

–NO candles

–NO amplified sound

–NO laser pointers

–NO weapons

–NO ATVs or dirt bikes

–NO personal generators

–NO large sound systems in the campgrounds

–NO “space saving,” as in roping off an area for your friends who arrive later. Please arrive together to claim your campsite or make new friends with your neighbors.

What are the rules for medication?

Medication MUST be in its original prescription bottle with your name printed on it. Individual medications MUST be bottled separately; one type of pill per bottle.

What time is my favorite band playing?

Check back the week of the festival for more info. Artists and schedule are subject to change without notice. Artist cancellation is not grounds for a refund.

Can I get a refund if I can't go?

Refunds are not available under any condition. Any type of ticket/pass is yours after you buy it. TCC Fest will take place rain or shine, and the lineup is subject to change. Our apologies for any inconvenience.
